KENKO DIET PLUM - lost 2 inch of waistline in 17days of my wedding diet

KENKO DIET PLUM - DIET PLUM secret : Clear constipation . Now i realize my big tummy is cause by constipation.

In my 17 days weight loss diary, i found that i have to eat more to help me loss weight. There is 3 main food that make me slim :

1st : oak - i drink Milo ( a malaysia popular chocolate drink) and add in oak for my breakfast every morning , it helps me to keep slim even i eat like usual day.

2nd : Pu-Er Tea (a very popular chinese tea which helps on dissolve fat and helps excretion.)
My hubby and me is the food lover , we found that we are gaining the extra inch on our waistline,so that finally we found these 2 food really help.although we eat a lot but the weight still maintain even loss some.

Im so envy on my husband because of he can eat a lot but he dont have a big tummy,for me,i even eat very little only for few days,my tummy still cannot be flatten, i seem like 3 month pregnant for many many years already. Finally i realize my big tummy because of constipation,my hubby visit toilet every morning but i cannot even remember the last time i went toilet is when already.


So 2 month ago,i start this 17 days diet blog to start my diet diary and looking for help. But i try yogurt even fruit + vege everyday, still cannot help me to loss my belly fat , finally i found one easy way , is the use plum diet with this KENKO DIET PLUM.


Gonna thanks my friend who introduce this plum for me, it really work for me , the first time i eat 4 plums and the next day,i can visit toilet for 4 times and loss 1 inch of my waist fat instantly. Although i visit toilet in one day so many times, but i still feel energy.Not like the last time i use laxative for weight loss,feel so tired after visit toilet.
It's already 2 month i ate kenko diet plum , i totally lost 2 inch and 1 kg of weight. Now i keep eating 2 plum every night and i can visit toilet every morning,erm...then i still can eat whatever i want.hahah^^dream of my bikini body in the coming month.

婚后的减肥报告~!!还是要保持健美的~!

阿~!!!终于都把婚结掉,升格为李太太了。虽然已加入太太一族,但是外表更加要像年轻小姐,因为日本医学报告指出:女性再25,26,27岁若什么都不行动的话,自然就会变成欧巴桑(老太太,安娣)的身形及容貌了

不行,即将踏入27年关的我,不努力就太迟了。你有见过同样是30岁的女人,一个像安娣,但另一个却还是漂亮的小姐吗?这就是有照顾及没有照顾的分别啦~!其中报告里有提出,毒素是促进人体老化的最大因素,所以,尽可能不要摄取毒素高的食品,在加上天天都要把体内的毒素,宿便及脂肪统统排掉,适量的运动,保持心情开朗,你就会越来越年轻哦!道理是每个人都明白的,但还是要靠本身的努力咯~!女人~!一起加油吧,我最胖的纪录有51公斤,但我只有161cm,又是小骨架的,所以就每个部分都很圆,有个学长还帮我去了个外号叫陈圆圆。


结婚前 17 天/认真减肥前:
腰围 : 67cm 目标 : 62cm
腹部 : 82cm 目标 : 79cm
体重:45公斤 目标:44公斤

结婚后/今天:
腰围:63公分
腹部 :76 公分
体重 :44 公斤(还可以,哈~!我的努力没有白费哦~!)

刚开始减少煎炸食物及多吃新鲜又营养的食物,但效果还是不明显,目标在于平坦的腹部还是没什么动静,直到没办法之下,在friendster.com 寻求朋友的帮助下,有个朋友介绍了健康的减肥梅-kenko diet plum.还真对便秘的人士很有帮助,晚餐后吃了第二天一定上厕所,绝对没有“爽约“过。即使没有便秘问题的人,体内也会有毒素,宿便及脂肪的累积,大约是2-3公斤(一颗保龄球大),所以排出后,小腹就会平坦,体重也会减轻啦~!

KENKO DIET PLUM. finally i use plum diet to clear my constipation big tummy.

After this 17 days of weight loss plan,i found that eat less is very hard for me,so i realize i got to eat more(good food) to keep slim.

1st,
i eat Kenko Diet Plum,it help me to go toilet every morning on time,clear everthing rubbish from my stomach.

2nd,
eat oak,organic sweet corn(for anti ageing also) or sweet potato for breakfast (more nutrition and oil free)

3rd,
eat like usual for lunch,normally i have to eat at outside for my lunch,so i try to choose either noodle soup or rice with vegetable.

4th,
for dinner,i will cook myself,there is two choice,one is soup with a lot of vegetables(eg,ABC soup) or chicken herbs soup(for more energy). Or sometimes is vegetable with Coarse rice.(coarse rice is more healthy and more nutrition than white rice)

exercise : i do some simple exercise,around 10-15 minutes everyday(i really feel hard to exercise,but i read newspaper and magazine,do more exercise can avoid breast cancer,and magazine said that if we didnt do exercise start my our age 24,25, or 27,very fast we will get a Obasa (auntie) body cut. i afraid to become auntie oh....so i can only say : yes ! i do .when my hubby ask me our for jogging,at least i can go to have a walk.and get mor fresh air.^^

ok! My result today is :
weight: 44kg
waist: 64cm
abdoment : 77cm

i still satisfied for my result,haha^^17 days,at least got result,i will keep it everyday,more more beautiful and healthy ya^^

Day 9 - 7th june 08 - 17 days Weight loss Diary

Today is holiday,i went taman bukit jalil for a walk and do some simple exercise with my fiancee.Im normally is the lazy character in between me and my fiancee,but since yesterday i read the no1 Chinese news paper of Malaysia : Sin Chew Daily,the title of yesterday supplement is : Do more exercise can avoid breast cancer.so for my health,i decide to do "some exercise" haha^^.

And due to the weak connectivity of malaysia internet,few days cannot connect,so i can only write my weight loss diary today.I get my Kenko Diet Plum on Wednesday(4th of june 08),and my friend advice me to eat every night after 9pm.So around on the 8am of the next day,you will feel stomachache and have to go toilet.Very good,natural alarm,force me to wake up.hahah^^so for result still ok,my tummy is more flat and my waist now is 66cm,abdomens is 78cm.i will continue to eat it until my wedding.

For these few day,i eat quite a lot dumpling,because the dumpling festival are coming(this coming Sunday),so i got a lot of dumpling from my dear friends.ha^^erm...i really love to eat,fell shame to tell you i want to lose weight but i still cannot control what i eat. : P But i will try my best.ha^^

Dinner - some meat ball & fish ball

Weight : still maintain 45
Arm : still maintan 25cm
Waist : 66cm
Abdomen : 78cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

i back to hmetown today and wen shopping with my mother,my hometown is at klang,everytime i went home,i will get to eat more,coz there is too many delicious food here liao.hahah^^

i just order the Kenko Diet Plum,can't wait to try to as earlier as i can,i will get the plum tomolo,erm...

decide to try Kenko diet plum to get a flat tummy

Since i was send a message to my ladies friend at friendster,i get one very interesting reply.

Karen reminds me that when having a big tummy problem,may not just because of the eating way,it may cause by wind or too much trash inside.She introduce a kind of diet plum that she is using.

There is a kind of diet plum name Kenko Diet Plum.and i search in the google search engine,i found some success user,they use this to flatten their tummy,i gonna to try it out.

Day 4- 2nd june 08 - 17 days Weightloss Diary

Breakfast - a glass of my favorites Blackcurrent lassi and a slice of wheat bread

Lunch - white rice with pumkin,tomato onion fried egg
(i never eat pumkin before,since my dearest colleuge Amy,is a fans of pumkin,then i start to eat pumkin because it have a lot of nutrition. and i like onion and tomato,beacause onion got the function of oxidation resistance,tomato got vitamin C)

Dinner - white rice,steam fish & vegetables

My Current Record on 1st june 08 :-
Height : 162cm Target : If can be taller then better.haha^^
Weight : still maintain 45
Arm : still maintan 25cm
Waist : still maintain 67cm today: Opps 68cm (how come fatter than yesterday?cannot liao,i have to do some more exercise later liao)
Abdomen : yesterday 79cm Today : 77.5cm target : 77cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

although im writting a weightloss diary,but seem like i still maintain what i eat and no much exercise. : P cannot,like this im sure cannot fit into my wedding gown. will do exercise later.

at least got slim on abdomen,but wish waist can be smaller,i will do some exercise for waist.and abdomen.

Breakfast -
Mandarin Dumpling ( sticky rice with salted egg,meat,mushroom),Holicks with oak,Green tea

Lunch -
White rice with some vegetable

Dinner -
Hakka Mee ( a kind of noodle soup with minced chicken,very nice oh ^^)another nice food that i would like to inroduce to all of you.

seems i have to create a new blog to introduce the food that i like.hahah^^

Day 1- 30th may 08 - 17 days Keepfit Diary

My Current Record on 30th may 08 :-

Height : 162cm Target : If can be taller then better.haha^^
Weight : 45kg Target : 44kg ( I dont want to be too slim,because i wont look so nice on my face)
Arm : 25cm Target : 23cm
Waist : 67cm Target : 62cm
Abdomen : 82cm Target : 79cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

Meal on 30th may 08 : -
Breakfast : Milo with aok

Lunch : a 750ml yoghurt (Sunglo Blackcurrent Lassi) drink,a chicken bugger
(I have no time to have my lunch,so i bought a bottle of yoghurt and a chicken burger from Coldstorage @ The Mall,i found that yoghurt really effective,after 2 hours of drinking the yoghurt,my stomach already feel unwell and have to go washroom already,but 750ml is too much for one day,i think 250ml is enough,otherwise you will have a experience like me today,have to go washroom a few time,ha^^)

Dinner : some white rice with hotdog,mushroom and egg fried with vegetable
(I have no choice on my dinner,i have to eat whatever they cook,so i try to eat less rice and meat)

Exercise :
avoid sitting & more walking
I cannot stand for exercise,im too lazy and will give up very fast.

Anyway.17 days,i hope still not too late.

第1天-2008年5月30日-17天紧急瘦身决战日记 - 还来得及吗?

昨晚为了庆祝同事的生日,到One Utama 购物广场底层的Zanmai Pasta享用晚餐.(虽然我是到了目的地,才知道此晚餐是有主题的,不管怎样,还是要祝Eshley生日快乐哦!)昨晚的晚餐实在是太美味了,意大利的面条,日式的煮法,我终于都尝到了日本杂志上常常报导的墨鱼汁意大利面条,虽然黑漆漆的,但是非常的鲜美.还点了四款不同的日式绿茶雪糕及甜点.

回到家,当我还在回味那墨鱼汁的当而.老公说刚才回妈妈家吃饭时,看了前几天庆祝妈妈生日时所拍的照片.就立即注意到了我那突出的小腹,"好心"的劝告我要注意了.是噢!因为我的脸,手脚还蛮瘦,赘肉都长在衣服遮得到的部位,稍微穿松一点的衣服就可以得过且过,骗吃了很两三年.但是婚紗是贴身的,到时候小腹突出,大家都怀疑我老公一箭双鵰,我一世英明就这样完蛋了.不行,我必须做一些行动计划了.
