Day 4- 2nd june 08 - 17 days Weightloss Diary

Breakfast - a glass of my favorites Blackcurrent lassi and a slice of wheat bread

Lunch - white rice with pumkin,tomato onion fried egg
(i never eat pumkin before,since my dearest colleuge Amy,is a fans of pumkin,then i start to eat pumkin because it have a lot of nutrition. and i like onion and tomato,beacause onion got the function of oxidation resistance,tomato got vitamin C)

Dinner - white rice,steam fish & vegetables

My Current Record on 1st june 08 :-
Height : 162cm Target : If can be taller then better.haha^^
Weight : still maintain 45
Arm : still maintan 25cm
Waist : still maintain 67cm today: Opps 68cm (how come fatter than yesterday?cannot liao,i have to do some more exercise later liao)
Abdomen : yesterday 79cm Today : 77.5cm target : 77cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

although im writting a weightloss diary,but seem like i still maintain what i eat and no much exercise. : P cannot,like this im sure cannot fit into my wedding gown. will do exercise later.
