Day 2- 31th may 08 - 17 days Weightloss Diary

Breakfast -
Mandarin Dumpling ( sticky rice with salted egg,meat,mushroom),Holicks with oak,Green tea

Lunch -
White rice with some vegetable

Dinner -
Hakka Mee ( a kind of noodle soup with minced chicken,very nice oh ^^)another nice food that i would like to inroduce to all of you.

seems i have to create a new blog to introduce the food that i like.hahah^^


My Current Record on 31th may 08 :-
Height : 162cm Target : If can be taller then better.haha^^
Weight : 45kg Target : 44kg Today : still maintain 45
Arm : 25cm Target : 23cm Today : still maintan 23cm
Waist : 67cm Target : 62cm Today : still maintain 67cm
Abdomen : 82cm Target : 79cm Today : 81cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

haha^^abdomen got slim a little,but have to keep try hard.kambade~!

Exersice : i went Taman Bukit Jalil to have a walk,very nice schene.
