Day 1- 30th may 08 - 17 days Keepfit Diary

My Current Record on 30th may 08 :-

Height : 162cm Target : If can be taller then better.haha^^
Weight : 45kg Target : 44kg ( I dont want to be too slim,because i wont look so nice on my face)
Arm : 25cm Target : 23cm
Waist : 67cm Target : 62cm
Abdomen : 82cm Target : 79cm
Buttocks : 88cm Target : more firm and up then enough

Meal on 30th may 08 : -
Breakfast : Milo with aok

Lunch : a 750ml yoghurt (Sunglo Blackcurrent Lassi) drink,a chicken bugger
(I have no time to have my lunch,so i bought a bottle of yoghurt and a chicken burger from Coldstorage @ The Mall,i found that yoghurt really effective,after 2 hours of drinking the yoghurt,my stomach already feel unwell and have to go washroom already,but 750ml is too much for one day,i think 250ml is enough,otherwise you will have a experience like me today,have to go washroom a few time,ha^^)

Dinner : some white rice with hotdog,mushroom and egg fried with vegetable
(I have no choice on my dinner,i have to eat whatever they cook,so i try to eat less rice and meat)

Exercise :
avoid sitting & more walking
I cannot stand for exercise,im too lazy and will give up very fast.

Anyway.17 days,i hope still not too late.
